Henry Ford College Adjuncts Ratify New Contract
Congrats to the Adjunct Faculty Organization on their recently-ratified contract! Highlights include 3.25% raises for each of the next 3 years, raises to professional development payments for attending mandatory meetings, and protections of class assignment procedures. This was a tough round of negotiations with a new college administrative team, and members are proud of what they won and proud of what they preserved. Congrats!
