50+ AFT Michigan activists came together on Saturday at the winter organizing summit, with the goal of Bridging Gaps to Fight Forward by Thinking Like Organizers. Members learned about union history and developed plans to organize their colleagues, thus building power and creating effect change at their workplaces. The day was led by members who met over the past several weeks to plan the day and organize members to attend.
