Over 210 members from 38 locals, representing teachers and school employees from PreK-12 traditional public schools, charter schools, community colleges and universities, came together for a weekend of skill development and learning at the state federation’s annual leadership summit.
Attendees included seasoned leaders and rank and file members who shared their knowledge and experience, as well as participated in skill development workshops including contract negotiation and enforcement, financial management, political, legislative, and community engagement, communications, and many more.
