WHAT: A coalition of unions and allies are holding a Day of Action ahead of the Janus v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31 oral arguments that will be heard before the U.S. Supreme Court on February 26th. We will convey our shared history—and equally important, demonstrate our resolve to fight to protect the important gains we have made together. We will stand up for the freedom of working people to come together and fight for decent and equitable pay for our work, affordable health care, quality schools, vibrant communities and a secure future for all of us. Thousands of people will gather in cities across the country, including Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, Washington, DC, Miami, FL, St. Paul, MN, New York City, NY, Columbus, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Memphis, TN, and Chicago, IL.
