 February 12, 2008 Dear Members: Lobby Day 2008 will be held on Tuesday, April 22. The day will begin with a briefing in Ballrooms 1 - 4 on the first floor of the Lansing Center at 10:30 a.m. After the briefing, we will proceed to the fourth floor of the Capitol Building for a buffet luncheon. There you will meet with Legislators and discuss various education issues during lunch. For your convenience, transportation will be provided from the Detroit area and northern Michigan. Transportation will depart the Detroit area at approximately 7:45 a.m. and return at approximately 5:00 p.m. Transportation will depart Mackinac City at approximately 6:15 a.m. and return at approximately 7:00 p.m., with other stops according to attendance. All members are welcome to join us, and it is vitally important that at least one representative from each local attend. Please complete the attached registration form and return it to the Lansing Office by April 1, 2008, indicating your transportation preference in the left margin.
