February 21, 2007 Dear Members: This year's Lobby Day will begin one hour earlier than last year with a short briefing in the Ballrooms 1 - 4 on the first floor of the Lansing Center at 10:00 a.m. We have a busy day planned including panel discussions, appointments with legislators, committee meetings, legislative sessions, and of course lunch. At the end of the day, we will reconvene in the Ballrooms for a short wrap-up of your legislative meetings. Buses will depart from the Lansing Center at approximately 4:00 p.m. For your convenience, transportation will be provided for our members from the Detroit area and northern Michigan. Transportation will depart the Detroit area at approximately 7:45 a.m. and return at approximately 5:30 p.m. Transportation will depart Mackinac City at approximately 6:00 a.m. and return at approximately 7:00 p.m., with other stops according to attendance. All members are welcome to join us, and it is vitally important that at least one representative from each local attend. Please complete the attached registration form and return it to the Lansing Office by March 26, 2007, indicating your transportation preference in the left margin.
